Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please make your selection carefully as we do not offer returns or refunds on our products. We make every effort to ensure that your parcel arrives in pristine condition, due to using a delivery courier we are not able to guarantee this, however if your order arrived damaged, please take a photo of the damages as well as the shipping label and email info@loveallways.com.au to arrange a replacement. We are not able to refund on items that have been damaged due to being left out in the weather, if the item does not arrive in time or is not delivered due to incorrect address information being supplied, you will be responsible for the freight to have the item re sent.

Every effort has been made to source exceptional quality products, if you have received an item that you find a fault in please take a photo and email info@loveallways.com.au to arrange a replacement. We do not offer a replacement on change of mind, items that do not fit or are not delivered in time. A shipping label will be emailed to you to send the damaged item back, once received we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your enquiry is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment. We will not accept returns without first contacting Love All Ways to discuss a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@loveallways.com.au.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
